How do I fine out if it is legal to carry in the Kyle Public Liberary? It is across the street from a school. Also can you carry in the Kyle city park. I do not know who to ask. If I ask in the liberary they will most likely say no carry. Can anybody help me? Thanks

What is the law concerning Camp Mabry? I know that you can not carry in the buildings. Can you have a handgun secured in your car while conducting business there?

Went to Babiesrus near Brodie lane, in Austin. They had a sign in english and spanish. The sign was about 4 x 8 inches. I do not think it had the proper wording on it. I went in the store anyway. Was I wrong to ingore the sign?

I know that it can take up to 60 days, I have only been back in Texas for one year now, so it will probuly take longer for the out of state checks. I did have a carry card in Tennessee so that might help.
