What is the law concerning Camp Mabry? I know that you can not carry in the buildings. Can you have a handgun secured in your car while conducting business there?

I'm not sure... Camp Mabry is Texas National Guard so that makes it a state thing and not a federal thing, right? I'm 100% sure that it isn't classified as federal land (the reserve center just north of there IS federal land though). I bet that changes the rules - how much I'm not exactly sure. I would think that it would be treated the same as any other state owned area... CHL just fine.
