Is anyone aware if Collins Cartridge in Conroe or Houston Cartridge are still in business?
Cant seem to find them on the internet. I have some 9mm brass that I would like to
see if I can get reloaded.

Re: I might actually have to choose G19 or G26
I have both. Have carried both for extended periods. 26 is a bit more concealable, perhaps a bit lighter. I had grip reduction done on the G19(old model). For me they are interchangeable, just whichever one fits for the clothing I am wearing that day.

Re: Opinion on Virginia one-hour online CHL valid in Texas.
I am real confused about why this is an issue. If you live in Texas(Texas address on your drivers license) you need to have a Texas CHL. If you live in VA, and have a VA CHL then Texas will recognize that along with your VA drivers license. VA will recognize Texas DL and CHL. Why is this so ...

Re: Bill Clinton at the DNC tonight.
Interesting to me to note that Clinton (a former president of the united states) bowed to Obama as he
came on the stage. That sort of gesture of obeisance, even from one PERSON to another makes me very
nervous about how much it reflects some deeper meaning. Especially in view of the sort of ...

Re: Reliant today (08-12)
Given the fact that this one was about the same size as the one in Missouri City last month which had no parking fee, I expect I will go to Reliant ONLY for the HGAC shows in the future.

Reliant today (08-12)
Rather a small gun show at Reliant yesterday and today. I guess I need to read more carefully when I see the ad for one posted. Not a bad show, just small and hard to justify $10.00 for parking and $8.00 for the ticket. Add in $4.00 for a bottle of water and I blew my whole allowance.....

Re: Stafford gun show
Yah, got 500rds 230gr .45ACP for 190.00. Reloads, but appear to be pretty good quality from a guy in Pasadena. Also saw some really nicely done damascus blades and made up knives from a vendor in Atascocita. Imports blades from Pakistan that are very nice quality. Makes up the knives to order or ...

Stafford gun show
Went yesterday to the first (that I know of) gun show at Stafford Center. Small show put on by Premiere promoter
I think. They are the same outfit that does the shows at George Brown I was told. In any case, a pretty good
show with moderate turn out. Some of the same vendors who are a most shows ...

Re: Nevada now accepts Arizona CCW
While i am glad to hear that an AZ non-resident license will be recognized in NV. I still have a question about Las Vegas.
I seem to recall reading that Clark County and LV have felt free to set their own levels of enforcement that disregard the
greater NV laws. True or not? If true, the AZ license ...

Where did the form for the canned letter in support of the plan come from??
Oh, Oh, Oh, could we add all the names from those form letters to the NRA mailing list????
Or maybe better the AARP list. They seem to flood my mail box with junk.

Re: Renewal ????
Here is information on renewals I found today from the nice folks at DPS.
1. If this is your third renewal, you do not need the class or the CHL-100 form.
2. You do not have to send new picture and fingerprints, but if the ones they have
on file don't work, you will have a delay while you submit ...

Re: Renewal
Answered my own question. An email to the nice folks at DPS got a reply that since this is my 4th trip I do not have to submit a CHL-100 form. They also offer alternative of not submitting a new photo and fingerprints, but if the ones they have on file do not pass muster, you will have to send new ...

Renewal
I understand that after a specific number of renewals we are not required to attend the class to apply for renewal.
Is this correct? What is the criteria for this to apply? The on-line application does not seem to reflect this anywhere.
Has anyone gone through the procedure yet that could speak from ...

Dont forget the rules on guns.
I expect that most of you saw this already, but just in case.
