Is anyone aware if Collins Cartridge in Conroe or Houston Cartridge are still in business?
Cant seem to find them on the internet. I have some 9mm brass that I would like to
see if I can get reloaded.

I have both. Have carried both for extended periods. 26 is a bit more concealable, perhaps a bit lighter. I had grip reduction done on the G19(old model). For me they are interchangeable, just whichever one fits for the clothing I am wearing that day.

Answered my own question. An email to the nice folks at DPS got a reply that since this is my 4th trip I do not have to submit a CHL-100 form. I understand that after a specific number of renewals we are not required to attend the class to apply for renewal.
