I use a lock box from center of mass. I make sure noone is looking at me. Just take it out and place it in the box and lock it. Stuff under seat and done. I purchased a s&w m&p-15 (ar15) the other day. I have a good question if someone knows the answer.

What is the legal limit on the lenght of the barrel? I want to swap the 16" 1 in 9" twist barrel for a 14.5" 1 in 7" twist barrel.

Anyone know the answer to this one?
