I feel your pain. I had so many things in my favor that "should" have expedited the process (security clearance, FAST prints) but my status just changed yesterday after 89 days.

My status finally changed to Applicaton Completed.
After about 30 days my paranoia got the better of me so I sent an email asking about my prints/photo. I was told not to worry, I wouldn't have to resubmit anything.
Phone call at 60 days - still waiting background check. I had an FBI background ...

My wait has begun, with F.A.S.T prints
After some stories of fingerprints being rejected I decided to give one of the FAST places some business. The digital fingerprints came out great, but the place didn't take my pictures. The operator has me paranoid that the fingerprints and pictures must be signed by the same person/business ...
