I don't have any pics but a friend and I went up to Oklahoma a few weekends ago to hog hunt with similar results. We saw hog signs everywhere but only put eyes on one. It was a large one but the problem was it was about 250 yards away. To make things worse we had to shoot over a river, across a ...

I can't imagine waiting that long for a holster ~ one would think that they find a way of increasing production some!! I know it's a learned skill but I have to believe there is some way to hire/train people to better meet the demand ~ that seems to be just business 101!!

A quick word on the liner.
Be sure the liner leather used is not of the chrome-tanned persuasion. The chemicals used in that process is harmful to firearms, especially blued. Stick with a veg tanned liner. It is safe for finishes and will mold nicely to the gun.

I've been following this thread and I am very interested in trying to make my own holsters. I'd really like to try one though before I go out and spend so much money on all the tools.
