Hi All,

I remember there was a bill this session that covered 30.06 signage posted by governmental buildings and would fine the entity through the AG's office if it wasn't pulled down after notice. Does anyone know if that bill passed? I'm sorry, I usually remember the bill #'s but cannot remember this one. Thanks!

Has anyone seen a draft demand letter that can be edited to use for this purpose?

I am also interested in a draft letter! I've heard several differing opinions on whether the Fort Worth Zoo is legally allowed to post 30.06, but I'll be sending a letter on 9/1 and letting the AG decide one way or another! Thanks!
