No, You Can't Slap Cuffs on Peaceful Gun Owners

IMO the Police need to wise up when they see camera's they need to automatically go into super nice mode.

No. LEOs should behave with the same level or respect and courtesy regardless of where the camera is.
The same thing goes for the public.
