My Timeline
8/8/15 CHL class
8/14/15 fingerprints
8/15/15 emailed everyting over
8/17/15 email conformation from DPS
10/13/15 STATUS CHANGE!!
10/14/15 Probably get my plastic!!

I called DPS around 9/23ish to see what the deal is. They said they was missing paper work and I informed them I sent everything. She then said, Oh here it is we just need to do your background check.

Hopefully your card shows up in the mailbox quickly! Hard to believe that it took them so dang long after you sent in all your documents. It doesn't usually take 3 weeks to run a background check, print a card, and mail.

I will be calling them on a regular basis starting next week. I know that they have my documentation because I called yesterday and they said that they received my fingerprints. I will be asking them when they expect to start the background check.
