If this actually passes, I'd bet suppressor prices will drop noticeably.

can we add sbr's to the bill while we're at it? I think sbr's should be eliminated before suppressors imo.

Hopefully there is enough support to get it to a vote, but if it is passed by congress while Obama is still in office then it's going to be vetoed. Unfortunately, I doubt it would have enough support to override the veto, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

I think eliminating the regulation of suppressors would be great, this would be a great step forward, but then after the last election I was hoping obamacare and about umpteen other monstrosities would be eliminated too, and..... :mad5

If this happens I would buy an integrally suppressed hunting rifle that afternoon.

I am going to start the process of getting one next week. I wonder if I should hold off.

No. Likely won't happen and if it does the bill contained many are that says 200 atf fees after 10/22 would be refunded.

DOA unless there's enough votes to 1. Get cloture in the Senate and 2. Override an Obama veto.

How about repealing 18 USC 922(o), so we can register new machineguns under the NFA. :patriot:
