This question is primarily for IDPA shooters at GTGC:

If I'm reading the calendar correctly on GTGC's website, their IDPA is scheduled for this Saturday, August 4. The time is 8am.
Here's my question for you IDPA shooters at this particular club:
Is 8am the registration time or start time? Like other clubs, I'm sure this one has an orientation period for people that have never shot IDPA at their club. What time does this begin?
Since my family lives in that area, I wanted to meet them there & shoot.

I've only been shooting IDPA since January, and have only been to PSC and Thunder. What are the procedures for showing up & signing up? What are the participant's fees? Will my mom & step-dad have to pay any fees to just watch?

The NRA & TSRA are a bargain; they're much cheaper than the cold, dead hands experience.
