Same boat here - Application and all paperwork submitted on October 26 and Fingerprints on October 28th. Have you called in yet to check your status? I called last week and they said that my CHL 100 had never attached to my profile even though I received a confirmation e-mail and sent it to them via e-mail. I am planning to call before the end of this week just to confirm all paperwork has been received and there are no other issues. Cannot wait to get my card.

Historically speaking - about calling DPS.
We were always told to wait till after 60 days.

Realistically, unless you have some issue they have to work through, or some adjudication to figure out, most licenses are in your hands about 35 -40 days after all documents submitted.

So calling before 60 days, only slows down the process as people who should be processing applications, have to stop to answer a person who had they waiting a week, likely would already have it.

I originally called because I was preparing to leave the country for work for several weeks and wouldn’t have access to paperwork, etc. and wanted to confirm everything had arrived. The rep I spoke to encouraged me to call back in a few weeks when I returned to the country if I hadn’t heard anything. I agree people shouldn’t be calling daily but we are a customer, paying for a service and we should have some level access to information while not being obnoxious.
