status changed back

status changed back
had status change on 4/13 but no card,emailed dps got a reply sayin it was mailed out on 4/12 give it 7-14 days. now when I look to check status its has changed back to nothing.

Perhaps an additional call is appropriate.

You are probably okay... but yeah you need to call. Keep calling over and over again. Press "1" as soon as the voice starts. If the voice says it's buys, immediately end call and try again. Eventually you will be put on a waiting list. It may take between 3-10 tries to do.
