Curious what about the driver w/ the gun caused the driver to be stopped ? Was he wielding it or something ?

"A police standoff with an armed driver has brought the North Freeway to a halt. I-45 is closed in both directions at FM 1488 as police are involved in a standoff with an armed man on the main lanes of the freeway.
The situation has been going on for more than an hour. What began as a report of a domestic dispute led to a slow speed police chase on I-45.
The man is armed and on the phone with someone."
