I feel for the people in West Virginia but that's a sheriff that I can get behind.

Hats off to the Sheriff. The last thing these people need to be going through is someone trying to rob them after all that flooding.

Sad thing is most criminals only respect the actual consequences and not the threat of them; they'll have to encounter the wrong end of the loot/shoot ratio to understand.
