I saw a video where a shooter says he is German. I also read an eye witness account that a shooter yelled Allahu Akbar as he was killing children. Guess what. she happens to be both German and Muslim and was in the Mc Donald's. Who would have thunk it.....a German Muslim.

Still convinced he is just a German right wing nut? I'm seeing more reports he is a Muslim from Iran that moved to Germany fairly recently.

Why the denial? Are you convinced there is no way he just threw out there the German comment order to stir the pot and cause more dissention? Looks like that may be the case and that it worked.

I don't know, but I'm guessing that this isn't a religious based terrorism. It will be interesting top find out what his motivation is. He is an Iranian German, not the typical European Islamic Terrrorist. Probably not ISIS .

Funny how resistant we are to accept that its right wing nationalist ... It is a real problem in Germany amd these guys are just as nutz as the Islamist.

Funny how so many jump to conclusions in spite of conflicting reports and when very few facts are known.

It may very well be some local nutjob. Or, it could be a local German that has become a radicalized Muslim. It's too early to know at this point regardless what anyone wants to believe.

The first few days after a mass shooting are chock full of misinformation, speculation, and rumors. It takes at least 3 days for most of the initial dust to settle enough to get a semicoherent sense of what actually happened, and even at that point there are still inaccuracies in published reports and lots of withheld information by official sources (e.g. our attorney general's monumentally absurd "[omitted]" redactions of Islam related elements in the statements of the Orlando shooter, and the French censorship of the fact that some victims at the Bataclan theatre were tortured and mutilated in horrifying ways).

I'll wait for things to settle down before I form an opinion on this latest attack.

My point is, you were calling others out for having an opinion when you too were only "guessing" and didn't know any more facts than those you were calling out. That is what is eye rolling worthy.

When these things happen, most everyone will have their own suspicions and opinions initially.

The shooter was shot by a police sharp shooter when he was on roof and he got injured and run away. Maybe later he shot himself in the head.
