You don't have to dig far to reach true ugliness in social media or other parts of the net. Sadly, you'll find it on all sides.

There's no call for it, but it's a fact of life in this day and age. It's a race to the bottom most days.

I suspect Mr. Trump was talking about the strength of the NRA's lobbying efforts, or something to that effect. If anybody is buying the campaign spin that Trump was referencing the "Constitutional power of unification" then I'd like to talk to you about some investment opportunities.

This is why I dislike almost all politicians...I would have more respect for Trump if he would just say... Yes I said that...the 2nd is there for a reason and if you try to strip it away there may be consequences. I believe that is what he meant... and it's correct. It may not be popular... but it's true. Instead... like most politicians. .. it gets spun to the point of looking even worse...in my eyes anyway.

Trump really needs to stick to the script...every week he just gives the left more ammunition.

The claim "Hillary wants to abolish the 2nd Amendment" is open to subjective interpretation by dishonest journalists. Here's what Trump should be saying instead:

In Heller, the Supreme Court said banning handguns is unconstitutional. Hillary has said that the Supreme Court got it wrong in Heller. She wants to ban handguns, people! We are just one Supreme Court appointee away from losing our right to own handguns!

Unfortunately, Trump is a clown who has never even heard of Dick Heller and Otis McDonald, let alone read the Supreme Court decisions they won.
