If Obama can get enough illegals to vote, she can win Texas this year. If not, she'll probably carry the state when she runs for reelection in 2020.

Hillary won Harris County but Trump won the state! And the presidency, we can all breathe easy today!

43% to 53% - I'm not sure that signifies that Texas was anywhere near purple as a whole.
