Well, my better half have mailed off the application packets. Yesterday, Priority mail. I guess now the waiting has begun. I had a lapse in time between taking the test (4/22) and mailing the packet (8/30) because of finances. I hope it doesn't cause a stir up in the DPS.

That delay won't be a problem. You have two years between taking the course and filing the application.

That's a relief. When I asked a while ago no one could tell me how long the lapse could be.

Wow! I e-mailed DPS last night at like 8:30 to ask how long I should have to wqait for my PIN and got a reply at 8:30 this morning with my PIN.

Now, that's service.

Hope you have better luck with your pin, I've had mine for weeks and still shows packet sent.
