Which Browser did you submit application & wait time

I used Chrome to submit application Nov 12 2016
My OS is window 10
I still have no status and no plastic
I have no information what so every about my application.


What browser did you use to submit your application?
How long did it take to receive plastic?

Did my wife's about same time, Firefox and file to plastic was 3 weeks. Edit- Hers was in May but took 3 weeks.

Call and make sure you are not missing something. My son's CHL100 was missing and the website did not show anything. It was submitted online but they did not have it.
