Application Question

My wife is applying for her CHL my question is does it expedite matters to send in the paper work piecemeal or wait until after fingerprints have been completed we have the appointment set. She has taken and passed the classroom portion, I have paid the 140. We have not sent in the CHL-100.

Won't make much difference as it will take at least a couple of weeks before they get to the application anyway. I would send it right after you get your fingerprints done and then they should be able to see the prints when they start processing the application.
