Well, I just picked up an AR-15 Bushmaster.
On the way home I picked up some ammo. Different brands and grns.
Got home and inspected.
Ran different types of ammo through it, and not a hiccup one. The Eotech sight was pretty much right on at 50', and just for grins I swung over to the gong at 100yds and tore it up.
Thanks nitrogen. I'm sure you will miss this sweet shooting thing. Sorry for your loss, but you can't have it back.

I love mine!

There are other great AR's out there, but the Bushmaster's will reliably feed a lot of different ammo. And that saves me $

I'm looking forward to getting mine.

I'm currently looking at the DPMS Panther stuff.

I have a DPMS 16" ar-15 with a Bull barrel and man is it sweet, with the heavy barrel there is literally NO recoil.

Next on the list is an Armalite ar-10a2 with the realwood "advantage" finish. (look it up the camo is really well done.

I joined the Bushmaster club a few weeks ago -- XM15 E2S. I figured since it was my first long gun, I'd go with something less expensive, reliable, and that had a good following behind it. Took her out this past weekend for the first time and it was blast! Dead on accuracy. Range some range ammo through it and then some Remington JHP (55gr) and Winchester soft-points (64 grains) and didn't hiccup once. Now I'm really looking forward to getting another, possibly putting my own together.
