I don't know all of the details, but was told after the first 10+ days that it had been returned (no specifics given but Simone thought initially that it was addressed incorrectly, but it wasn't). So, she re-mailed it. After the second 10 days or so, I was told it was returned again...this time for "lack of postage". It arrived a week later after this third attempt. I am inclined to believe that postage may have been the problem all along, but I am pretty sure I don't care either way now.
