PA: It's the person, not the weapon- pineapple juice

A student purposely exposed a young girl to pineapple juice, knowing she was allergic by dipping her hand in pineapple juice and doing the high five game with students at the cafeteria, until she got to the allergic girl, who later went into antifallitic shock. She was rushed to the hospital where she fortunately recovered.

Somebody needs to be charged with at the least gross negligence, at the most attempted murder!

There needs to be common sense pineapple control laws to prevent these sort of tragedies.

The 14-year-old girl accused of exposing the girl to the pineapple is charged with aggravated assault, criminal conspiracy, simple assault, reckless endangerment, harassment and disorderly conduct.

The other two students were each charged with criminal conspiracy, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

There need to be common sense pineapple controls; one pineapple a month, and you need to fill out an FDA 4478 form (447-Ate, get it?) for each one purchased. :biggrinjester:

We need stricter laws to stop school fruiting sprees.

Should we limit appeals?

The ACLU would go bananas.
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
