WI: Pistol-packing waitress defends George Webb co-worker during attack

A waitress with a concealed carry permit defended her co-worker after an irate customer went behind the counter and punched her, newly released video reveals.
The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager

According to local media, the victim is back at work and she said the restaurant’s owner allows employees to carry a concealed weapon as long as they have a permit.

I just watch the video at the link. Man that was an ugly punch. Good on the coworker and the owners.

I'll bet he has done time with a record of arrests going back into his teens.

He needs to be back in prison for a looooooooong time.

That animal needs to go to prison.

There was going to be a lot more than a single punch... he had her and was going to the back with her or was going to continue his assault on the next lady when he saw the gun come up and IMMEDIATELY stopped and back peddled. He kept mouthing off but he retreated. She did well. (note she saw danger coming and got a hold of the gun as he rounded the corner)

This video is a good lesson to those that say "if I ever draw I will shoot." There isn't always a second to wait & see but sometimes there is, or sometimes a perp will stop as soon as the gun comes out.

Video on YouTube loop here. Unfortunately the narrative says the coworker with a gun quit her job. Doesnt say why.

This is exactly why all women should be in favor of concealed carry! But truly, it's why all people should be able to defend themselves with an appropriate amount of force. It certainly looks like the BG had other things in mind until the employee drew on him.

I get it... I could see her thinking the drug dealer or his gang would seek retaliation- God knows it's unlikely he gets any time and she gets any protection. All that mouthing off as she had him at gunpoint was probably threats to her life and family.

If that scumbag came into the kitchen and assaulted the first girl just image what he would do when he comes back to visit the girl who pulled a gun on him. I don't think she had a choice, but to quit since she let him live.

I think things could have gone really bad for the lady with the gun if he lurched at her. I think she took a needless risk by not stopping the threat with force.

True, but things could always go worse... she did great- she was armed, alert, drew as soon as a threat presented and stopped the attack. Armchair QB'ing this isn't fair to her. Lots of unknowns still... could be other reasons she didn't shoot but the bottom line is she stopped him.

Sad she quit ! Glad the attack was stopped! IMO based on what the video showed I would have shot him.
