If they have committed a crime and have outstanding warrants, then I agree that those individuals should be arrested.

But I don't want to live in a country where mere membership in a group is enough to cause you to not be "tolerated".

And that is the issue. The gang isn't illegal. It's a club that does illegal things. If we made clubs illegal just because they did illegal things, We would be a single party nation and leftist would have nowhere to where to go.
