The Wait Is Just About Over!

As over this morning the DPS website reads, "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active"

August 30 - CHL Class
August 31 - App sent to DPS via Certified Mail
September 5 - PIN Issued
October 10 - License Issued

Now the wait by the mailbox!
I wasn't born in Texas but I got here as soon as I could!
