Clemtex?

I have read the best place to buy cleaning media is Clemtex, I have a question. Do they have a walk up counter? Do you have to call and place an order or just show up? Also when I drove by there today I noticed they have several buildings, where do you go to buy the media?

There is a sales office where you select and pay for the media. Then they'll direct you to a loading dock. I know where to go, but I couldn't begin to give directions. When you drive into the compound, just ask for the sales office.
