The DC Circuit Court has expanded their injunction against enforcement of the ban to all members of the Firearms Policy Foundation - it's worth a buck a month to be a member and fall under the penumbra in case SCOTUS doesn't intervene before midnight!

Links to the ruling/injunction modification can be found here, along with their donation.

As of this morning if you are in possession of a bump stock the Govt will prosecute you for having a machinegun, crazy crazy world!

Waiting to hear whether I should get rid of my rubber bands.....

And you almost drowned and barely survived the accident! Thankfully you only lost your belt loops!

You better switch to pull on boots too since shoelaces are a machine gun.

For someone that has not researched this if you own a bumpstock but don't own any firearms do you still own a machine gun?

Very bad for us when fingering the real culprits is called "bashing" by the supporters of anti-constitutional big government.
To whom are you referring to as "supporters of anti-constitutional big government"?
I'll take "Enemies Foreign and Domestic" for $400 Alex.

And our current President has just earned the honor of ordering the forfeiture of more guns than any President in the history of our nation. I did vote for him, and I might do so again, and I'm sure Hillary would have done the same, but facts are facts.

I don't think that is who he was referring to.

If you own a full auto sear but no receiver, you own a machine gun. It's a grey area to own the full auto trigger, selector and disconnect but no sear. But bumpstock and no rifle is a good question.
In certain extreme situations, the law is inadequate. In order to shame its inadequacy, it is necessary to act outside the law to pursue a natural justice.
