I would say any visible tattoo meets my criteria of “this means beware”... a tattoo on the upper arm or something, ok, fine. Neck tattoo, calf, whole sleeve, and especially a face tattoo... run away, don’t walk away.

I'm guessing this girl won't live long enough to regret her tattoo's. Something tells me the drugs / lifestyle will get her first.

If this is true, the NYT as a corporation, the approving editors and the "journalists" who wrote the story all should be held accountable for when MS-13 murders the doxed people.
