Previous employment question

How strict are they on this? For some stupid reason, I did not write down the MONTH of one of my old jobs. The company I worked for is no longer in business and I can not get a hold of anyone from that company. What should I do?

Fill in your best honest recollection and don't worry about it. If the company is out of business, DPS will not be able to dig up any contradictory data even if they tried, which they won't.

They only ask this to determnine additional counties they need to check you in. They told me it isn't really a big deal.

I had one date wrong on one job. I think I had myself as having two full time jobs in the same month and it got kicked back.

Just make sure you don't have that kind of mistake.

This was 8 years ago so I'm not sure if they check that closely any more.
