A seven year old girl was eating ice cream in a car when she was murdered by a man with a gun who had only been released from jail for assault with a gun three hours before.



RIP. Society failed you.

This is when Judges and the people responsible should be prosecuted as accessories to murder!

Just a statistic now. But she was his little girl with her whole life ahead of her. 19 year old robbed and murdered in her car by someone she went to High School with.

So unless their is a hole in it and it is hollow, how do you verify it is inert?

I don't recommend handling UXO, but you could unscrew the top to remove the fuze:

Pull the pin. If you see a bright flash of light, it wasn't inert.

So, were the cartel members arrested? Or were the given a slap on the wrist and sent back to Mexico to try again? The article doesn't expound on this.
