If I remember the details accurately:

Rare Breed got raided by ATF the other day, and all of their inventory was taken. Also taken was a customer list of people who bought them. ATF insists that the inventory was not "confiscated", but was merely "impounded" pending a disposition on the legality of the Rare Breed trigger. Also, Big Daddy Unlimited apparently had copied the Rare Breed trigger and was producing them. ATF raided them also, but BDU is refusing to give up the list of customers who bought them.
