This is almost back to the price from several years back when Wally World's price was $6.99/bx100. The break down is $7.20 per 100 rounds. I don't know what the shipping costs are for smaller orders, but they advertise free shipping for bulk sales and 10 boxes of 500 (5000 rounds) for $359.90 qualifies for free shipping. Other ammunition is on sale as well. I am am in no way affiliated with this vendor, but have ordered from them and have had no problems.
