9th Circuit Overturns Federal Gun Law

Three Judge Panel of the 9th Circuit overturns 18 U.S.C -922 (g)(1) felons in possession of firaearms. I'm sure it will be appealed the entire court, but whether you agree or disagree it's a remarkable decision I believe for a court known to be very liberal and anti-gun.

Another way to look at it: The court is very pro criminal so their logic is right in line. ;-)
