Just saw on FOX news that this little maniac is already out of jail and back on the streets. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!! What on earth does it take to keep a criminal in jail these days??? 
Some kind of technicality about the DA having to file charges within 48 hours. Of coarse his parents say he is a good boy and would never do such a thing intentionally! Good Lord I am going to throw up!

Latest news is that he has been unarrested (i.e. released and not formally charged) while they do more investigating. The two questions in my mind are proving intent and proving the peace officer part. The original charge was attempted murder of a peace officer.
