AR carry-handle scope, OWB K-frame holster--DFW, TX

I have sold off a number of guns and in my ongoing clean-out, I ran across a few items I can live without. All prices are "or make a reasonable offer".

1. Old school AR-15 scope for carry handle. This is an original AR scope (40+ years old), not a "retro"/repro. I no longer have an AR with a carry handle, so this one needs a new home. On GunBroker I see these going for $225-400. So I am going to start it out by asking $175 or a reasonable offer. I will pay shipping. First pics shows how it mounts, then several pics of the actual scope. C
2. Older belt-mount basket weave leather OWB holster. Fits a 4" S&W K-frame (pic shows it with a 3" Taurus M441 (not included). Manufacturer's stamp says "Thompson Inc Northridge CA". Model is BTE-43S. Has a stagecoach logo below that. Snaps allow easy fastening to/removal from belt, and will fit any width belt. Overall condition is good, but could use a good coat of mink oil or leather conditioner. No idea how old it is--I acquired it a year or two ago, and don't carry OWB. I found several similar holsters (same manufacturer, different model) going for $40-60. So I am going to ask for $20 for this one. I will split the shipping with the buyer.
