So you have a felon can not legally purchase a firearm...who has a stolen handgun... who illegally converted it to a machine-gun.... And I am certain a local DA who wasted the opportunity lock up these criminals before they did this crime.Smiley “will be booked at the Sacramento County Main Jail for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and possession of a machine gun,” a police news release said...
