Four years ago on my renewal it did not get processed in the time supposed to. I had to call and talk to someone to process it. Actually got it done over the phone when they realized it was passed due. Could not carry for 10 days and I felt naked among other things without a sidearm. Sent it two weeks ago and have received my return signature so it's a waiting game now. It is not due until March but I wanted plenty of time just to make sure
