I have both, but I prefer black. It's more stylish and goes with all my outfits.
All mine are cowhide, but I'd like to have one in shark or gator.

If i asked my 1911 what it prefers i'm sure she would want chinchilla or sumpn like that ,but i got her 1/2 kydex 1/2 cowskin.

It is said that if you line up all the cars in the world end-to-end, someone would be stupid enough to try to pass them

I prefer black, but it seems many holsters come in brown/tan/natural only.

Re: holster finish
I guess the more important question is does your belt match the color?
I wear only black belts, so I would want whatever clip/strap the holster
has to be black also. Yes, no one should see it, unless its a tuckable,
then the clip would be exposed.
