How long for a renewal?

I know they have 90 calander days for the initial licenses but how does the 45 days for a renewal play out.

Took 72 days to get my renewal.

The wife is at day 79. She called and they told her it was damaged when it got back from the "manufacturer" and had to go back. She should expect it next week. BTW that was almost three weeks since I called and they had been sent to the manufacturer.

If that is accurate it will be 83+ days.

How long do they really have to get renewals out and are there any recourses if they don't?
