i noticiced sunday on the dps website when i checked it ,it said application completed-license issued or certificate active. it must have been there since friday afternoon if i saw it sunday, i guess.
plus the fact that the dps told me to complete my application i had to send them some documents on an old case i had in 1993 which i did .
i mailed it friday. so actually they approved my chl before they even got the documents.they should have gotten the documents today monday the 17th, i dont understand that.
i didnt even get any mail today at all. its making me nervous especially after jumping through so many hoops and everything taking so long to begin with.
