im listening to C-Span now.....conservative justices are ragging on DC attorney pretty hard! sounds good so far..

After reading the transcript, looks like Dellinger got ripped apart. Although, I must say I am a little disappointed in Gura's performance. Nevertheless, I am also inclined to believe that the oral arguments have little bearing compared with all the written briefs, which represent much more cohesive and effective arguments for either side. The biggest victory that I can gain so far is to know that Kennedy seems to be leaning towards our side.
