WOO-HOO! Application mailed on 17-December-2007 and DPS says plastic should be here in 2 weeks. Almost there... :cheers2:

It's alright, I'm not the kind to discriminate what college people go to, just the fact that they are trying to better their life is good enough in my book. I have friends from my hometown that went off to ut as well. :cool: But hey, I'm still jealous of others on this board, as I have another painstaking wait for the plastic to arrive! :banghead:

It's possible that two weeks may include the time at the contract company that actually fabricates the license.

I don't quite know asleepatthereel, I had to email dps for my pin# (which I didn't know about until I got on here :oops: ) and the first day I checked it they were already in the processing stage. nedmoore, I hope it doesn't take a full two weeks, as this seems to be the hardest part of the waiting process! But that's what I was told over the phone by dps (I think I might have called them the day it got completed). Hurry up mailman! :anamatedbanana

So I just went through my stack of papers and I found the pin dps sent in the mail and it is dated February 4. New list...
Dec. 12- Took class
Dec. 17- Mailed application
Feb. 4- Recieved pin
Mar. 19- App. Complete!
Waiting on plastic to arrive...

And the wait is finally over! Took me awhile to get to a computer... New list:
Dec. 12- Took class
Dec. 17- Mailed application
Feb. 4- Recieved pin
Mar. 19- App. Complete!
Mar. 24- LICENSE IN HAND!
