notification letter?

got off the phone with DPS, simone is always so helpful, said a notification letter was mailed last week. what does a notification letter mean? is that going to have my PIN in it? is it going to say i was denied? whats the deal?

The first communication you get from DPS should be a letter containing your PIN. However, it seems they are not following their procedures these days.
