Your timeline shows that you mailed your packet and a week later you received a PIN. Did you apply on-line? I have heard it takes about a month to get a PIN. Wonder if applying on-line speeds up the process?

Yeah, I applied online, and already had a pin when the packet arrived. Problem is, when my wife sent our packets back to austin, she sent all the paperwork back. Even our PINs

Anyhow, I contacted Tom, AKA El Gato, Who was my instructor, and he emailed it to me. When you apply online before the class, you get your PIN and CHL# when they send you the packet. If I remember right, It only took about a week to get here after the online application.
