My wifes status changed

to "Application incomplete - missing information - detailed letter has been sent."
Called Simone. She said the online signature was missing, and the photos were 'too big'

Great. Now I guess mine is gonna say the same thing soon, because we both did the class and paperwork the same day. Oh yeah, Simone says that time starts over again once the packet is mailed.

Has anyone else ever had their photos rejected?

The photographs were passport sized, correct?

Maybe the face was too close to the camera.

It may just depend on each independent examiner.

yeah they were passport photos. Funny, they seem to be acceptable for passports, but not CHL . I used to look forward to checking my status each night. Now I dread it

Well, as of today, they are still processing my application. Of course thats what they posted on my wifes CHL too, so Im still expecting my notice any day.

She got her notice in the mail today, and its the form that needs the signature, and a form that needs to be notarized. On the form that needs a notary stamp, the spaces are empty. I know for a fact that the form was filled out. I cant say if she signed it or not, but I can say she filled it out. Also they sent her picture back saying the camera was too close to her face when they took the picture.

Since there is a 'daughter' rule on the board, I will refrain from further comment.
