The Wally-Walk is the only official rule set I know of http://www.texasshooting.com/TexasCHL_F ... wally+walk. I think one of our other members just added another location to their trip as that gave them an excuse to eat at a place they liked! 
The more places you go and carry, the more comfortable you become. However, from reading your previous posts, you have been carried before, so this will be old hat to you!
