  I expire Wed of next week and I'm still "processing."  Admittedly, I should have sent it sooner, but really? 60 days isn't enough time to renew an existing CHL?  I call bull on that.  It should take 1 minute to run the update since there is NOTHING to find.  Sounds like they need to hire a few more people to process applications and renewals.
