I think someone mentioned it's plain white. Is there a DPS label or anything on it.

It's a number 10 window envelope (the kind most bills come in). The license is in a cardboard holder, and the name and address that are actually printed on your license are visible. You pretty much could not mistake it for anything else.

Well a little different envelope now, no window but a 3.5" stick on label

says Regulatory Licensing Service...
